Coaching Philosophy: To always LEAD, To have an environment that encourages athletes to learn and develop on and off the floor, and to create a positive learning environment in good and bad times.
L: listen to what is said and not said, verbally and non verbally, and do our best to give everyone attention
E: educate and inspire young adults to give value and purpose to what they do, it's not all about dance, it is teaching life lessons as well

Maddie is entering her 6th year coaching at Farmington. Maddie is a graduate of Cannon Falls High School where she was on the Cannon Falls Bomber Dance Team from 2009-2015. Earning All State Honorable Mention in 2014 and 2015. She also competed in the State Tournament in Class A two times earning a second place finish in 2012 and a State Championship in 2013 and competing in Class AA placing third in 2014 and sixth in 2015. After graduating from Cannon Falls in 2015, she attended North Dakota State and was a member of the Bison Dance Team from 2015-2017. Maddie graduated from Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute in 2020, and now works as a stylist at Spalon Montage in Edina.
Alexis Bailey, Varsity Assistant Coach
Alexis is entering her 6th year coaching at Farmington. Alexis danced in the studio as a child and joined the Farmington Tiger Dance team in the 7th grade where she remained until she graduated. She went on and danced for 4 years at South Dakota State where she was a captain her senior year.
Kenzie Larson, Varsity Assistant Coach
Kenzie is entering her 8th year coaching at Farmington. Growing up, Kenzie was a competitive gymnast until she made the Burnsville Blazettes Dance Team in 9th grade and remained a Blazette until she graduated. She went to State twice for Kick, placing 3rd her Junior year. High Kick is her specialty and won Best Kicks at Just for Kix Camp her Senior year. Kenzie is now a registered nurse at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
Liz Reber, Varsity Assistant Coach
Liz is entering her 5th year coaching at Farmington. She danced for the Cannon Falls Bomber Dance Team all 4 years of high school where they advanced to the State Finals all 4 years. After graduation, Liz attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and graduated spring of 2019. Liz works as a Controller for Old Home Foods.

After graduating in 2017, Mara attended North Dakota State University, where she coached the Moorhead Middle School Dance Team, and then graduated in 2020. She now works at Dakota County as a Financial Worker.
Rose Froehle, JV Assistant Coach
Rose is entering her 1st year coaching at Farmington. Rose started dancing at 6 years old and danced for 12 years at The Dance Center in West St. Paul. She then joined the UW-River Falls dance team where she competed in regional and national competitions. Rose currently works as a speech-language pathologist at Farmington High School.
Noelle Soine, JV Assistant/B-Squad Head Coach
Noelle is entering her 3rd year coaching at Farmington. Noelle grew up in Farmington and started dancing at the age of 5. She was a studio competition dancer for 9 years before joining the Farmington Dance Team in 7th grade. She was a varsity athlete for the six years she was on the team.
Mara is entering her 2nd year coaching at Farmington. Mara began dancing when she was 3 years old at a studio, and at Just For Kix.
