Madi is entering her seventh year as the head coach and her 17th year coaching overall. Madi's dance career started in kindergarten and continued through high school as a member of the Northfield Hiliners from 2001-2005. As a Hiliner, Madi was a captain, and earned all conference and all state honors. She also competed in the State Tournament in Class AA three times earning a State Championship in 2004 and a Third Place title in 2005 both in the High Kick division. Madi has served various roles for multiple teams across the state of Minnesota. Throughout her career Madi has coached in 8 state tournaments in two different classes. Three of those state trips ended in hardware including a Third Place finish, Runner Up and State Championship. Additionally Madi was named Head Coach of the Year in 2013. When not coaching dance, Madi works in the Annual Giving department at St. Olaf College. She also enjoys spending time with her husband Dereck and two children Boede, and Aspyn. "As a staff we focus on small moments of impact to reach our overall team and individual goals. We all play key roles that utilize our individual strengths so we can lead the Tigers collaboratively."
Maddie Moskal, Varsity Co-Head Coach
Maddie is entering her 5th year coaching at Farmington. Maddie is a graduate of Cannon Falls High School where she was on the Cannon Falls Bomber Dance Team from 2009-2015. She also competed in the State Tournament in Class A two times earning a second place finish in 2012 and a State Championship in 2013 and competing in Class AA placing third in 2014 and sixth in 2015. After graduating from Cannon Falls in 2015, she attended North Dakota State and was a member of the Bison Dance Team from 2015-2017. Maddie graduated from Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute in 2020, and now works as a stylist at Spalon Montage in Edina.
Kenzie Larson, Varsity Assistant Coach
Kenzie is entering her 7th year coaching at Farmington. Growing up, Kenzie was a competitive gymnast until she made the Burnsville Blazettes Dance Team in 9th grade and remained a Blazette until she graduated. She went to State twice for Kick, placing 3rd her Junior year. High Kick is her specialty and won Best Kicks at Just for Kix Camp her Senior year. Kenzie is now a registered nurse at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

Alexis is entering her 5th year coaching at Farmington. Alexis danced in studio as a child and joined the Farmington Tiger Dance team in the 7th grade where she remained until she graduated. She went on and danced for 4 years at South Dakota State where she was a captain her senior year.
Liz Freeberg, Junior Varsity Co-Head Coach
Liz is entering her 4th year coaching at Farmington. She danced for the Cannon Falls Bomber Dance Team all 4 years of high school where they advanced to the State Finals all 4 years. After graduation, Liz attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and graduated spring of 2019. Liz works as the Assistant Controller for Old Home Foods.
Noelle Soine, B-Squad Head Coach
Noelle is entering her second year coaching at Farmington. Noelle grew up in Farmington and started dancing at the age of 5. She was a studio competition dancer for 9 years before joining the Farmington Dance Team in 7th grade. She was a varsity athlete for the six years she was on the team. “I am beyond excited to be joining the Farmington Dance Team again but this time, as a coach!”
